Welcome to the Imaginary Theatre Co.'s production of Romeo and Juliet!

I am your production dramaturg. More aptly, I am a production resource, a historical guide, an advocate for artists, a second eye in the rehearsal room, a research aficionado, and anything in-between. Most importantly, I am here to help make the best possible story telling come through. While this website has a wealth of material to help inspire the beginning of your journey with R&J, please don't hesitate to use me as an informational resource at any point during the production.

Imaginary Theatre Co. is embarking on a new and exciting conceptualization of this timeless classic, pushing the boundaries of queer identity, racial politics, counterculture, and intersectionality. As you step forth in this journey, embrace the challenges and relish in the opportunity to tell history in a unique and diverse way.
